High End Custom Home Theater Design, Construction, Installation and final calibration
This luxury home theater project in McLean, Virginia transformed a basic media room into a true cinematic experience designed for maximum immersion and comfort. Located in one of Northern Virginia’s most distinguished residential areas, the space was expanded, soundproofed, and fitted with a state-of-the-art 9.2.4 surround system paired with a 130″ screen. Lighting, HVAC, and finishes were carefully planned to deliver both performance and atmosphere — creating a space that rivals commercial theaters while remaining entirely personal. By delivering this custom home theater installation, The Basement Lab demonstrated how a finished basement in McLean can become the ultimate private entertainment space.
Designated space was intended as a standard media room. Not a Home Theater
